About the role:

As a member of the Kitchen team at 11 Cadogan Gardens 5* Hotel, you are the reason why our Guests keep coming back for more. Our Pastry Chefs work part of a team to serve our Guests and create unforgettable experiences for them, exceeding expectations from breakfast right through to dinner, to ensure that every guest wants to return.

What will you be doing?:

  • Constantly seek out opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests and give them the attention that they deserve through beautifully designed desserts that you will be proud to present to.
  • Oversee the Pastry Section ensuring quality and standards are maintained through.
  • Oversee and inspire the work of the Pastry Commis chef, taking every opportunity to develop the team further.
  • Have expert knowledge of the food that we offer and create opportunities to keep yourself up to date with our latest seasonal menu's to drive sales.
  • Confidently deliver the key kitchen processes and standards, and demonstrate these consistently.
  • To take ownership and carry out daily and weekly procedures, including temperature checks, food labelling/dating and storage
  • Work well as part of a team, treating others like family and proactively seek out ways to lend a hand.
