About the role...

Your role will encompass a variety of general painting and decorating maintenance duties throughout the hotel, as and when required.

• Ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, within budget
• Preparing painting surfaces by washing walls, repairing holes, or removing old paint
• Mixing, matching, and applying paints and other finishes to various surfaces
• Proactive, ‘can do’ approach
• Ability to prioritise their workload
• Good attention to detail and ability to show initiative

About you...

Previous experience of painting & decorating. Experience of working in an older building would be preferable. You must also be able to work under minimal supervision, managing your own workload and have an up to date knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
