As Assistant Manager your role will include:

• Support the General Manager in the operation of all aspects of the hotel, bar & restaurant operations
• Deputising in General Mangers absence
• Play your part in motivating training and inspiring the team through a genuine passion for hospitality
• Drive sales through good service, attention to detail and guest satisfaction
• Show proficiency in administration and be adept in using EPOS & PMS systems. An understanding of Excel would be an advantage
• A strong food and beverage background is required.​

We are looking for applicants who are at current supervisor or senior level who are looking for the next step.
