Front of House Apprentice - Luton
 

Luton Hoo Hotel Golf & Spa have an exciting opportunity to complete a Front of House Apprenticeship in a luxury hospitality environment.


The Front of House Apprentice Role:
As Front of House apprentice you will play an important part in the Concierge and Reception function. You will ensure that guests receive the warmest welcome, and that they feel safe and looked after from arrival to departure while experiencing traditional hospitality in the five star environment of a country house. This is a very customer focused position and will require you to think on your feet. This role is a fantastic opportunity for you to gain hands-on front of house experience whilst working towards your qualification.

Working Hours & Apprenticeship Details:
You will be completing an intermediate level apprenticeship and gain a Customer Service Level 2 qualification. The apprenticeship will be delivered on-the-job and will also require self-study. The expected duration of the apprenticeship is 18 months. The working week (Monday-Sunday) will consist of 36 hours over 5 working days with 2 days off per week. Shift patterns and rest days will vary from week to week. A competitive apprenticeship salary will be paid to the successful candidate.
