We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly people to join our team at Seaview Holiday Village. As Accommodation assistant you will need to be committed to working to the highest standards. As well as providing quality services to all of our guests. 

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: 

• To assist in leading a team to achieve the highest standards of cleanliness, maintain a consistent presentation, correct inventory across all letting units, facilities, toilets and venues.  
• To maintain high standards of customer service and team member effectiveness.
• To comply with all Company policies and procedures, for example, delegation of authority, licensing laws, health & safety policy, food safety, etc.

KEY TASKS: 

• To ensure all cleaning staff are aware and comply with the Company's Health & Safety standards and are COSHH trained.
• To monitor the standards of work of all cleaners within own area of work, ensuring work is to the agreed operating standards.
• Check beds, linen, pillows and duvets on each intake, monitoring to ensure stock is repaired/replaced as required and report any caravan repairs to the required department.
• Efficiently and effectively manage storage of all cleaning equipment, bedding, inventory and cleaning material.
• Ensure all Health & Safety checks are completed such as smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. Report any which are not working to the Holiday Sales Manager.
• To maintain the upkeep of team accommodation to the required Company standards and encourage team members to maintain these standards.
• To manage the Accommodation/Stores laundry facility.
• To attend any relevant training courses as recommended by the General Manager or the Company.
