Laundry Delivery Driver - Isle of Wight 

An exciting new opportunity within the Housekeeping team has become available at the Woodside Bay Lodge Retreat, in Wootton Bridge. The new Laundry Assistant will be responsible for the collection and delivery of linen to all guest accommodation within the resort.

The role will entail using the resorts buggies to collect dirty linen to accommodation, and deliver fresh linen and various other items where needed. Due to the extensive use of buggies for the role, a full UK driving license is essential. Good physical fitness is key due to the physical nature of the role.

This is a seasonal role, working variable hours, flexibility is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Collecting dirty linen boxes from lodges and delivering them to laundry
• Distributing clean linen boxes around the retreat
• Delivering large or bulky items around the site where required
• Assisting with the Housekeeping team where necessary
• Reporting of lost and found property

What experience you will need

• Similar previous experience is desired but not essential

What skills you will need

• Excellent standards of customer service and care
• Full UK driving licence is essential due to the use of park vehicles
• Strong communication skills are a must
• Strong ability to work within a team or independently
• Good level of physical fitness due to the nature of work
