Night Porter/Auditor - East Sussex

Overview
Assist the Night Manager in providing a smooth and efficient Night Service & Night Audit. This will ensure that our 5 star high level customer service is maintained on a 24 hour basis. As Night Auditor/Porter you will ensure that a thorough and comprehensive hand-over is carried out from Reception at the start and end of the shift. The Night Auditor/Porter will also be responsible for providing a late guest check-in and information service.

The Night Auditor/ Porter will:

• Be able to demonstrate a track record in Reception, Night Porter or related discipline in the hotel or travel trade industry.
• Be computer literate and preference will be given to candidates who have experience in Opera Fidelio or similar.
• Have an excellent command of the English language both verbal and written and outstanding communication and leadership skills.
• Be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the highest level of customer service.
