We are now recruiting for a dynamic and passionate Front Office Receptionist to join our Front Office team.

 

Front Office Host - Role

As our new Front Office Host, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the daily operation in line with brand standards
• Processing check ins, check outs, guest requests and enquiries and room service orders
• Focusing on delivering exceptional standards of customer service
• Cash and Key security and control
