Duty Manager - Forest Row

Your primary aim within this role will be that of ensuring guest satisfaction, aiming to exceed expectations at all times. You will carry out Duty Management shifts, encouraging the team to work within the company core values and maximising the profitability of the hotel at all times, along with health & safety compliance. You will be able to demonstrate excellent hands on leadership, maintaining an influential presence throughout the hotel, interacting with guests, employees and suppliers.

Duty Manager Key Skills

• Polite and personable with excellent customer service skills
• Well presented and impeccably groomed with a great eye for detail
• Good command of the English language, both written and verbal
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• A positive personality and service with a smile
