Room Attendants are key positions within our hotel as you will will be responsible for the cleanliness of the bedrooms as well as ensuring they are prepared and available ready for the next guest arrival.  We want to ensure our hotel guests have the best expereince whilst staying in our hotel so the service each guest receives during thier stay and when they leave is extremely important.

What will I do?

• Clean and prepare guest rooms
• Maintain hygiene standards at all times whilst cleaning the rooms and bathrooms, especially when cleaning food and beverage items such as tea and coffee facilities
• Liaise with Head Housekeeper on areas assigned to be cleaned
• Report maintenance issues promptly
• Maintain stock levels on service trolley and inform Head Housekeeper promptly if running low
• Be polite and courteous to all guests and visitors to the hotel at all times
• Deal with any guest complaints and either resolve or pass on to a relevant supervisor at the earliest opportunity
• Encourages the conservation of energy and recycling at every opportunity
