Our Reception desk is open 24 hours a day and due to continued expansion, the Britannia Manchester are looking to recruit a Front of House Manager who will ensure that all our guests have an enjoyable experience during their stay. You will ensure that the Front of House department continues to provide a service that makes the guest feel relaxed whilst preparing to embark on their travels.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Front of House Manager or an ambitious Front of House Supervisor with a proven record of handling the pressures of being Front of House. You will be a natural-born leader with excellent attention to detail and you will boast superb customer service. Knowledge of Opera is essential.
