Hotel Group Director of F and B - Nationwide

Applications invited from leading Hotel Group Directors of Food and Beverage. You will be required to create and implement a strategy to lead, manage and enhance the portfolio of the entire F & B division within the International Hotel Group.

This role will suit a candidate currently leading the F & B deivision in a leading Hotel Group role managing a portfolio of Hotels and Resorts of at least 20+ Hotels with exceptional experience and the mission and ability to raise performance, revenues and standards in all Hotels.

The role will include:

• Experience in all inclusive Hotel resort packages
• On site visits to all the Hotels and Resorts in each region
• The compilation and implementation of the global F & B strategy
• Inspiring and developing the diverse and talented F and B Teams
• Financial reporting and presentations
• Budgets and Controls
• Communication with the Executives and reporting to Global office and key stakeholders
• Leadership of Regional F and B Directors
