We are recruiting for a talented Reception and Member Journey Manager. You will have a key role in owning and leading the guest journey in the club along with management. You and your team will play a key role in providing 5* service to help assist and retain members whilst giving a world class guest experience taking and acting on feedback.

Other duties include :

• You will have a minimum of 2 years management experience in a similar role ideally within in a luxury hospitality or Wellness club
• Passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences with a smile
• Exceptional service standards with attention to detail 
• Excellent people manager with the ability to mentor, motivate, coach and develop team members to achieve their potential
• Impeccable appearance and interpersonal skills with a good command of English is essential both verbal and written.
