GENTING CASINO EDINBURGH FOUNTAIN PARK is currently looking for a friendly and hardworking Receptionist to join their team on a full-time basis, who can rise to the challenge of this busy, vibrant casino.  Candidates must be flexible to work a variety of shifts over 7 days, including nights, bank holidays and weekends.

Key Competencies:

• Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
• Strong communications skills both written and verbal
• Must be friendly and supportive in the wider team
• Have the ability to work as part of a team in building and maintaining effective working relationships with all colleagues and guests
• Be able to adopt a positive and flexible attitude to changing priorities and procedures, including changes to shifts/rotas
• Must have the ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
• Take pride in their appearance
• Good IT skills
• Experience within a similar role would be advantageous

As we are a casino operator all applicants must be 18 years of age or over.
