WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
We have commenced the search for Food and Beverage Manager for the Coldra Court Hotel to lead the Food and Beverage team at The Rib Restaurant. 
To thrive in this role, you will have a solid track record in high quality operations, a thirst for multi-tasking and a hunger for delivering results, by cultivating a team culture that is fun, performance driven and constantly looking to evolve.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Food and Beverage leader looking for a new challenge in an exciting, high service environment. You will be hands-on in your approach to delivering a unique and personal dining and event experience, while you coach and mentor the team to deliver the same exceptional service.
You will have a strong operational background with a five or four star background that will enable you to drive our success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO …
Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our food and beverage outlets, including working closely with the front of house staff to develop and inspire our excellent staff and maintain our renowned level of outstanding food and service.
