In search for an enthusiastic, passionate and experienced HR Manager to join our fantastic Team at Hakkasan Group, London!

This position will manage and contribute to the provision of a progressive Human Resources service, that satisfies employee perception of a leading employer, and the operational requirements and brand standards of the business.

The ideal HR Manager for Hakkasan Group has:

• CIPD Qualified or Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management.
• Previous experience in a similar role and within a fast paced environment; Experience in a Restaurant Group or Hotel Group is a distinct advantage
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders
• Confident in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and overall Employee Relations Management.
• Good understanding of Employment Laws
• Exceptional service standards with attention to detail;
• Experience in using HR Systems (Oracle would be a distinct advantage)
• Excellent command of English with the ability to communicate confidently;
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work as part of a team;
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom;
