The Role

An exciting Night Duty Manager vacancy is currently available in one of our Central London Hotels.  Our team of Night Duty Managers ensure the smooth running of the hotel operation at night; providing excellent guest service in all areas of the hotel; ensuring that all night audit functions are completed to the company’s standards.

Shift pattern: 12-hour shifts, 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in hospitality supervision/management  
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of working with Excel and numbers
  • A positive, can-do approach
  • Team playing skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent Leadership skills
