Working Hours 14 hours, Morning and evening shifts available between Monday to Sunday and Casual, as and when required between Monday to Sunday

Salary: Up to £8.91 per hour + excellent benefits

Here at Maidstone Leisure Centre our goal is to get more people, more active, more often. We provide affordable access to a wide range of sports and leisure facilities to support healthier and happier people across all segments of the local community. To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for cleaners to join our team.

Maidstone Leisure Centre has undergone a major refurbishment and is one of the best leisure attractions in Kent, with five swimming pools, brand new family changing rooms, a two storey state-of-the-art gym, sports hall, children’s soft play area and a 1,200 seated event hall offering a wide range of leisure activities for the whole family to enjoy, any age and ability.

As the Cleaner you will ensure that cleaning tasks are undertaken to the required standard in a safe manner throughout the facility.

You will be passionate about creating a welcoming environment through good hygiene. We’re looking for a cleaning specialist who will exceed client expectations, ensuring that all bathrooms are sparkling, floors are spotless, and rubbish is removed on schedule. We hope you are ready to put on your gloves and scrub up with us.

You will help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities, free membership, and various discounts.

About you

We are looking to hear from candidates who have previous experience in a similar role, though full training will be provided.

This role requires a reliable, hardworking and an adaptable individual with high standards as we demand a high level of hygiene within the facility. You will have an eye for detail and the confidence to work independently.
