Assistant Manager - Eastbourne

Salary in the region of £25,500 per annum depending on experience, plus service charge (approx. £2,000 per annum*) and annual bonus

Job Title Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Assistant Manager to oversee the day to day operations within the Food and Beverage and Front of House departments. This is a full time position working 40 hours per week on any five days out of seven, you will be required to be fully flexible with shift patterns.

Responsibilities:

• Assist management and other departments in all front of house activities.
• Carry out Duty Managment shifts.
• Work alongside the team to ensure guests receive a memorable experience.
• Be the first point of contact for all guest queries and complaints.
• Assist the Conference and Banqueting Department in running small events and meetings.
• Be a positive team player, leading by example.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Duty Manager or similar role.
• Be attentive and organised.
• Previous experience in Hospitality or similar.
• Team management skills
• Display high levels of customer service standards
