Bank Receptionist

Oaks Hospital is currently looking to recruit enthusiastic, professional and highly motivated Bank Receptionists to join our front of house Reception team.

The role 
In this role, you will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes in a supported environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise. You will be working on our main Reception desk delivering a first class service to Patients, Consultants and Colleagues. 

What you will bring with you
•    Passion to deliver excellent customer service to patients in person and on our busy switchboard
•    Experience in administration, reception and customer service
•    Good attention to detail and accuracy
•    The ability to make decisions and use your initiative
•    Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
•    A flexible and positive attitude
