Summary

We protect everything from bats to buildings to beaches – and we want to share them with everyone too. But how do we care for our special places, while helping everyone to enjoy them and their fascinating stories? It’s no small task. In fact, it’s a big team effort and it’s why our Collections Assistant are so important.

Interviews week commencing 4th July.

Rydym yn gwarchod popeth o ystlumod i adeiladau i draethau - a hoffem eu rhannu â phawb hefyd. Ond sut ydym yn gofalu am ein lleoedd arbennig, wrth helpu pawb i fwynhau'r lleoedd hyn a'u straeon rhyfeddol? Nid tasg fechan ydyw. Yn wir, mae'n ymdrech tîm a dyna pam mae ein Cynorthwywyr Casgliadau mor bwysig.

Cyfweliadau wythnos yn dechrau 4ydd Gorffennaf.

What it's like to work here

Penrhyn is a Victorian house disguised as a huge neo-Norman castle, with a varied programme of events that bring this unique property to life. As part of the fun and creative team, you'll always have new projects on the go. Penrhyn’s history is staged upon slavery, slate, splendour and strikes and we’re currently working on transforming how we tell this special place’s story to move, teach and inspire our visitors. Penrhyn’s key attractions include its State Rooms and the ‘hidden’ and ‘untouched’ rooms in the Keep. The stunning 60-acre grounds include a Victorian walled garden and boast views across Snowdonia.

Mae Penrhyn yn d? Fictoraidd wedi'i guddio fel castell neo-Sioraidd anferth, gyda rhaglen amrywiol o ddigwyddiadau sy'n dod â'r eiddo unigryw hwn yn fyw. Fel rhan o dîm hwyliog a chreadigol, bydd gennych brosiectau newydd ar waith bob amser. Mae hanes Penrhyn wedi'i seilio ar gaethwasiaeth, llechi, ysblander a streiciau ac ar hyn o bryd rydym yn gweithio ar drawsnewid sut ydym yn adrodd hanes y lle arbennig hwn i gyffroi, addysgu ac ysbrydoli ein hymwelwyr. Mae atyniadau allweddol Penrhyn yn cynnwys ei Ystafelloedd Swyddogol a'r ystafelloedd 'cudd' a 'heb eu cyffwrdd' yn y Gorthwr. Mae'r gerddi 60 acer, trawiadol yn cynnwys gardd furiog Fictoraidd a golygfeydd godidog ar draws Eryri.
