Guestcare Manager - Swindon, Wiltshire

PGL has a fantastic opportunity for a Guestcare Manager to join our team at Liddington, in Swindon. Liddington is PGL’s largest outdoor activity centre and with 150 acres of grounds, provides a stunning adventure for our guests.

As Guestcare Manager you will ensure that our customers are kept at the heart of what we do. Working closely with the programming team to ensure that the customer visits are planned in advance and centres are prepared for their arrival. You will take responsibility for the guest experience in all aspects of their PGL visit; managing the group leaders to facilitate an engaging stay which accommodates the groups individual needs and promotes fun and inclusion.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the AIGL seniors and AIGLs to deliver excellent customer service;
• Promoting excellent levels of pastoral care on centre;
• Ensure a safe and engaging programme of evening entertainment;
• Promoting a customer first culture;
• Assisting with centre-specific duties associated with a residential children’s activity centre.

What we are looking for

The successful candidate will have experience of line management and/or experience in a senior role. It is essential you have experience of delivering exceptional customer service, designing and delivering effective training, and delivering results under pressure. Excellent communication skills are also required.
