Laundry Assistant - Forest Row, East Sussex

Assisting the Executive Housekeeper and Laundry Supervisors with ensuring the smooth operation of the Laundry Department, to achieve the specified standard of performance and guest satisfaction. 

Duties will include:

• Sorting out the linen - bed sheets, towels and tabel linen.
• Unloading/loading the machines.
• Using the ironer to press sheets and table linen.
• Maintain laundry chemical usage.
• To arrange for guest and staff laundry and dry-cleaning to be done either internally or by external agency and attend to any special requests by guests.

Laundry Assistant Key Attributes:

• Good level of verbal English.
• Team player.
• Physically fit as this role requires bending and lifting, sorting out linen and towels.
