Night Receptionist – Royal Hotel Scarborough

Many of the rooms have been refurbished, yet retain all their archaic ornamentation and historic spirit, which mirror a time of class and style.

The Royal Scarborough boasts 159 classically-styled bedrooms as well as a favourable sea view Restaurant and the Java Lounge. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a Night Receptionist to join our team.

As Night Receptionist, you will be required to;

  • Check guests in and out.
  • Run the Nights Audit.
  • Answering the telephone and address all enquiries.
  • Deal with any guest requests.
  • Follow hotel fire regulations and procedures.
  • Follow all Nights procedures and any other duties as and when required.
  • Complete nights cleaning checklist.

The successful candidate will be organised, reliable and efficient. You will have excellent customer service and care. Knowledge of Opera would be advantageous.
