As a Laundry Supervisor in our Accommodation Services (Housekeeping) Department, you will be motivating Laundry Attendants and Valet Assistants to achieve the highest standards of cleanliness and service in the Laundry and Linen Room. As well as creating an atmosphere of hospitality and guest delight by welcoming and focusing on enhancing their experience.

Your key responsibilities as a Laundry Supervisor will include:

• Supervising all daily operations ensuring all daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks are completed
• Scheduling quality controls for all linen processes
• Overseeing the loading of carts and getting filled linen carts to designated areas
• Participating in developing and implementing the necessary control measures with the Dry Cleaning operation
• Conducting training sessions and briefings, regular one-to-one sessions, and performance reviews
