Cleaning Supervisor - Wilmington, Dartford

Job Type: Part Time - 20 hours per week over 5 days

The delivery of excellent customer services at all times to ensure customer satisfaction. To ensure all our facilities are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To supervisor all cleaning staff in helping them complete all workload as outlined in cleaning task.
• Liaison with the maintenance manager and work alongside all work colleagues with staff rota ensuring all shifts are covered for holiday and sickness. Must be flexible to cover day, evening and night shifts when required.
• Work alongside and liaison with maintenance manager with stock control and replenish stock throughout the facilities when required.
• Ensure all equipment is safe to use and is put away and stored in a secure place when not in use.
• Keeping the facilities in a clean and safe environment ensuring you and all staff follow the guidelines for COSHH and health & Safety.
• Make sure you wear the correct uniform for the correct job undertaken and you follow the staff handbook in personal appearance.
• Be responsible for opening and closing the club when on shift and undertake duties required in the process.
• Create a positive and approachable impact on all staff, members and guest using our facilities. Greet all members and guest with a smile and a good morning/afternoon or evening.
• Demonstrate Commitment to your continuous personal and professional development.
• Comply with BGL personnel policies and procedures and health & safety procedures including the Normal Operating Procedures and Emergency Action Plan.
• Undertake any further duties requested by management.
