The Wild Rabbit family is growing, and we are looking for a passionate and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team. 

Full & Part-time contracts available, salary is up to £11.50ph

Live in accommodation is available, subject to availability

About you

As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests using our beautiful rooms and cottages. You will clean the rooms daily ensuring high standards are maintained at all times. You will also support the Management team with other housekeeping duties in the Restaurant and Bar area.

Main responsibilities

• Lead the team in absence of Head Housekeeper/Asst Head Housekeeper
• Conduct morning briefing
• Complete change over days efficiently
• Undertake any tasks delegated to you by the Head Housekeeper or Assistant Head Housekeeper and delegate to Room Attendants as necessary
• To highlight H&S matters to your line managerTo anticipate all possible complaints and attempt to resolve them in the first instance - Report/escalate any potential issues or complaints to the Manager on duty
• Ensure rooms are cleaned and cared for according to The Wild Rabbit standards
• Ensure public areas are maintained, including the Terrace on a daily basis
• Dealing with all guest enquiries appropriately
• Maintaining standards within communal areas
• Supporting the wider management team with ad hoc duties
