About the role:

As Floor Housekeeper, part of the Housekeeping team across The Chelsea Townhouse & 11 Cadogan Gardens - the only Relais and Chateaux properties in London -, you are the reason  our Guests keep coming back for more. Our Floor Housekeepers work as part of a team to impress our Guests, creating unforgettable experiences and exceeding expectations from check in right through check out, to ensure that every guest wants to return. 

What Will You Be Doing?

You will be a natural teamplayer able to deal with the pressure of running a busy operation in 11 Cadogan Gardens , demonstrating  keen attention to detail and pride on perfectionism.

Below are some of the duties and responsibilities of the Floor Housekeeper at The Chelsea Townhouse;

• Checking the standard of cleanliness throughout the Hotel and ensuring the room attendants/public areas attendants are offered support and help where needed.
• Deal with any housekeeping enquires or special requirements and work as a team to ensure that our guests are receiving an excellent guest experience.
• To maintain correct stock levels in housekeeping stores and be confident in the upkeep of any housekeeping paperwork, assisting the Head Housekeeper in any related duties.
• Have a good eye for detail; you are good at noticing small but important things, liaising with the maintenance department when required.
• Have the ability to prioritise workload of self and others
• You will be a teamworker, and will understand that Health and Safety Standards are paramount, ensuring all policies and procedures are strictly followed.
