Location: Chessington World of Adventures Resort Leatherhead Road Chessington Surrey KT9 2NE
Hours: Shifts cover hours between 7am-3pm and 2pm-10pm across any 5 out of 7 days

Here at Chessington World of Adventures our 2024 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a Hotel Front Office Team Leader to join the team!
As a Front Office Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front office team by leading by example and inspiring professionalism, integrity and a strong work ethic among team members.
Your role will include, but is not limited to:
- Overseeing daily front office operations, including check-in/out, room assignments and guest enquires
- Acting as the primary point of contact for guest feedback and complaints, taking ownership of resolution to ensure guest satisfaction
- Collaborating closely with other departments to coordinate guest services and address any cross-functional challenges ensuring a seamless experience
- Providing training and support to front office hosts
Qualifications & Experience
Whilst we do not require any formal qualifications or experience for this role, the following would be desirable:
- Experience of working in a Front of House or Receptionist role.
- Experience in dealing with guest complaints.
- Comfortable and confident using computer-based booking systems is desirable, though of course we will provide full training on our systems.
- Have a passion for delivering excellent service and a passion for our brand.
