The Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is a resort hotel in the countryside, just 10 minutes from the town of Fleet and Farnham and 45 minutes from London. With a varied selection of restaurants focusing on use of local produce, banqueting for 200 and with 24 hour room service, our guests have a lovely collection to choose from.

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Fitness Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness and wellness, with the ability to motivate and educate clients in various fitness disciplines. As a Fitness Instructor, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals through tailored exercise programmes and expert guidance.

Duties
- Conduct individual and group fitness classes, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all participants.
- Assess clients' fitness levels and develop personalised training programmes that align with their goals.
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and overall wellness practices.
- Monitor clients' progress and provide ongoing support and motivation to help them stay on track.
- Maintain a clean and organised workout area, ensuring all equipment is safe and functional.
- Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and best practices to enhance client experience.
- Foster a positive community atmosphere within the fitness facility, encouraging client interaction and support.

Skills
- Strong knowledge of anatomy to ensure safe exercise practices and injury prevention.
- Experience in sports coaching or personal training is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively.
- Ability to motivate individuals of varying fitness levels and backgrounds.
- Strong organisational skills to manage class schedules and client records efficiently.
- A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their personal best.
