Purpose of the role:

Ensuring that the painting requirements within the resort areas are consistently maintained to a high standard
The ability to be a hands-on part of the team

What are we looking for?

Previous painting experience is essential
Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Ability to carry out a range of external and internal painting and redecoration tasks in occupied and empty properties whilst achieving a durable and quality finish
Able to carry out repairs/preparation and application of finishing products as necessary
Able to carry out both response and planned maintenance of painting and decoration services
A positive team focused, can do attitude
