About the role...

You will be responsible for planning, organising, and developing of the overall operation of the housekeeping department in accordance with local standards and guidelines along with assuring the highest degree of quality guest care is maintained at all times. Responsible for staffing, scheduling, training and developing staff.

About you…

Previous experience within a similar role is essential. You must be a real team player, whilst being able to adapt and take charge in a variety of situations. You will have the highest attention to detail, whilst maximising all ti improve guest experiences.

You will be an excellent communicator and have greatly developed organisational and communication skills, being able to thrive within a high-pressured environment.
