On-boarding
Regardless of the property you join, a comprehensive on-boarding plan will be structured to take you through your probationary period and highlight opportunities to develop your career with us long in to the future.

From day 1, you will be taken under the wing of an experienced colleague who will support your learning and development to ensure you settle in effectively and feel part of the family. 

Your On-boarding Plan will be structured to include:

Continuing your Personal Development Career Chats and Personal Development Plans
At Cairn Group we recognise that you may have some specific training and development needs that are not necessary addressed within our current range of learning opportunities.
Your development is extremely important to us and after your successful probation period you will have the opportunity to develop a personal development plan to drive your career with us. 

Your personal development plan will be unique to you, and we recognise that everyone learns differently.  This might consist of work shadowing, project work, supplier visits, cross department exposure or coaching and mentoring.

Your HR & Training Team will also be able to advise on any internal or external training courses which are recommended for your development.

On a yearly basis every employee will have an annual review to discuss their past performance and make plans for the year ahead, refreshing key performance objectives and revisiting personal and career plans.
