Vacancy Description- Receptionist

(32 hours p/w and casual positions available, NMW/NLW)

As a Receptionist you’ll handle check in and check out to give a great first and last impression making sure that our customers have everything they need to be comfortable and enjoy their stay.

You’ll handle payments for customer accommodation and handle all sorts of queries from our customers.

Our Reception team thrives on pressure and are nothing if not flexible, welcoming and perceptive about our customer’s individual needs.

We also know that each and every one of our customers wants to be made to feel special, so we try to avoid lengthy standards or checklists, you’ll just use your instinct to build a great rapport and deliver a distinctively memorable service.

Skills Required

• To have a great personality and be genuine, approachable, attentive and instinctive
• To be smart and well presented
• Good standard of numeracy, literacy and IT skills
• Good level of spoken and written English
• To be able to work shifts that generally will be between 7am and 11pm, which will include weekends and bank holidays
• Whilst we’d love to hear from you if you have worked in a similar position before, we’d also like to hear from you if you’ve just left school, college or university or you’re inspired to join the hospitality industry
