We are recruiting for a Regional Maintenance Manager to manage and oversee the technical and service delivery aspects of all facility management services across the Fusion portfolio. As the Regional Maintenance Manager you will guide the overall provision of services, policies and work programmes, ensuring adoption of best practice in respect of industry compliance, quality standards, and internal control and regulation, to assist the company in achieving its organisational objectives.

The Role – In Detail:
As the Regional Maintenance Manager you will be the Line Manager of all Maintenance Supervisors and Technicians, and other key facilities management staff throughout your area, so you’ll need to have demonstrated ability to lead and coach remote teams of staff. You’ll oversee FM service provider works on site, ensuring all works are carried out to a high standard, and in line with company Health & Safety, and environmental policies and procedures. You’ll ensure strict adherence to agreed timescales, with minimum service disruption, and with Key Performance Indicators monitored.

A key part of the role will be your support of the delivery of PPM, Lifecycle, and reactive maintenance to all divisional facilities, and you’ll act as the technical services point of contact for all sites in your area; managing delivery of FM, cleaning, and essential operational sub-contractors.

You’ll manage and govern the delivery of external and in-house projects to ensure they are on time, in budget and to specification; supervising, managing, and coordinating the work of contractors as needed.

About You:
To be successful as the Regional Maintenance Manager, you’ll need to come from a strong engineering background within the FM sector, and have an excellent understanding and experience with SFG20 standard, and building services (HVAC, Electrical & Pool Plant), alongside an excellent grasp of Health & Safety compliance.

As you’ll have full management of CAFM or similar software; (FM / Asset management / Basecamp / Helpdesk systems), experience in these areas is essential.

You’ll also need significant and demonstrable experience of Project Management, as you’ll be preparing specifications, drawings, programmes, and small works schedules, and the functional control of specialist sub-contractors, alongside preparing and managing the budgets for project-based jobs. You’ll also benefit from a keen eye for detail, as you’ll be producing comprehensive reports, and managing information systems.
