The School’s busy in-house Catering department feeds 1,500 boys and staff daily. All kitchens are modern and extremely well equipped. Meals are served in a central dining hall and in a dining room for masters and senior staff.The School’s busy in-house Catering department feeds 1,500 boys and staff daily. Quality catering is vital to the welfare and wellbeing of growing teenage boys. We offer fresh food prepared on site by our own in-house team. Our menus are evaluated in terms of nutritional content, colour, texture, variety, trends, practicality, quality and price.

The School also caters for sports teas, open days, parents’ meetings, conferences, large dinners, afternoon teas and wedding receptions, in addition to running a tuck shop providing hot and cold snacks for the boys. The Catering department has over 60 staff led by the Director of Catering. The Head Chef is supported by two sous chefs, the Catering Purchasing Manager, 13 chefs and six kitchen porters.
