Assistant Reservations Manager - London

HIX Restaurants are looking for bright and passionate individuals to work in a fast paced, vibrant and dynamic environment. We are currently seeking an experienced and charismatic Assistant Reservations Manager to work at Tramshed, Shoreditch.

This is a great opportunity to work with chef, restaurateur and food writer Mark Hix, who has restaurants in London and Dorset, all serving the best of British seasonal produce.

Set within a former East End tram-generator building and featuring an installation by Damien Hirst, the menu is simple - seasonal starters to share followed by roast chicken or steak.

As the 'face of the restaurant', you will be a natural and welcoming host. At least two years' experience in a similar role and a strong command of English is essential. You will be a motivated, skilled and enthusiastic team player with exceptional customer service skills and able to cope in a demanding role.
