Reception Team Member - Hoburne Park, Christchurch

We are recruiting for a part-time Reception Team member to join our team at Hoburne Park, a luxury Holiday Park in Christchurch Dorset. Within walking distance you'll find two beautiful sandy beaches, a gorgeous harbour for watersports and a charming quayside.  The park itself covers just over 40 acres and consists of privately owned caravans, company letting caravans and residential homes.  Facilities include both an indoor and outdoor leisure pool, Café h, multi-use games area, adventure playground to name just a few.

The successful applicant should have some reception experience and will be the initial point of contact for enquiries from customers.  This role will require a punctual and reliable person, with a flexible attitude, common sense and a ‘hands’ on approach to their work.

The successful candidate should also possess the following attributes:

• A good telephone manner with excellent communication skills
• Able to demonstrate the highest level of customer service
• Self-motivated and have a positive attitude
• Able to work as part of a team or independently as required
• Able to remain calm under pressure and able to multi-task where necessary

The role is for up to 16 hours a week at £8.00 an hour with an immediate start. The nature of our business necessitates that successful applicant may be required to work some evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
