Night Receptionist - K West Hotel & Spa

K west Hotel & Spa, the cool 4 star deluxe hotel in Shepherds Bush is currently searching for a pro active & driven Night Receptionist to join our Reception team.

With 219 rooms, a holistic spa, fitness club and music in the bar on Friday and Saturday nights our Hotel is always buzzing with energy!

K West Hotel & Spa has built a reputation for contemporary design, extra large bedrooms and a “Vibe” that appeals to the leisure and corporate markets particularly, in the entertainment industry.

The Hotel is a busy vibrant property in West London and plays an important role within the local community as a venue and as an employer.

As a Night Receptionist, you will have a passion for hospitality and a ‘whatever it takes attitude’!

THE ROLE

• To arrive for duty correctly dressed in accordance with the departmental rota
• To report any emergencies or complaints immediately to the Night Manager or Duty Manager
• To attend any meeting or trainings as required.
• To provide a genuinely warm and friendly service to all guests and employees
• To establish good communication with all employees and managers, from all departments.
• To adhere to the Hotels grooming and uniform standards at all times.
• To work efficiently but accurately by double checking work to ensure high standards

The shift times for this role are 10.45 pm to 7.15am over 5 nights a week with 2 days off.

ABOUT YOU:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with Guest and Staff alike: responding in a proactive and professional manner at all times
• Aptitude to think outside the box
• Ability to work under pressure
• Fluent English
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Smart and well-groomed
• Excellent telephone manner
• Preferably receptionist experience in 4/5* Hotels
• Loves assisting and helping guest
• A fun and bubbly personality
• Should be multi skilled to perform luggage porter duties too.
