A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to join our fantastic team!

As a Public Area Supervisor in our Accommodation Services (Housekeeping) Department, you will be motivating Public Area Attendants to achieve the highest standards of cleanliness and service in the lobby, corridors, offices, and public areas. As well as creating an atmosphere of hospitality and guest delight by welcoming and focusing on enhancing their experience.

Your key responsibilities as a Public Area Supervisor will include:

• Conducting daily inspection of all public areas, service areas, storage and exterior of the hotel
• Assigning duties, preparing work sheets, and coordinating breaks for assigned staff
• Scheduling, supervising and coordinating deep cleaning and other projects
• Anticipating guests’ needs, responding promptly and acknowledging all guests
• Managing and training Public Area Attendants, as well as completing annual reviews
