Night Receptionist

The receptionist purpose is to ensure every guest is checked in/out, in order to gain access to their room. Reception needs to be covered 24/7 to assist guests with check in/out procedure and requests, via reception desk/telephone/messaging service.

Key responsibilities to your role: 

• To ensure guest have access to their room and have a place to stay overnight

  To ensure sufficient monetary guarantee is taken from the guest to avoid loss of revenue

  To increase the guest satisfaction which will lead to return customers

  To generate revenue for the hotel/owners/shareholders through upselling

  To ensure to raise awareness of the existence and success of the hotel
