Golf Reservationist -Stoke Park Country Club & Resort

An amazing opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Golf Reservationist to join the Golf team at Stoke Park.

As Golf Reservationist you will will be a:

• Handle telephone & administrational support to the Golf Department
• Answering member/non-member related telephone calls 
• Processing visitor green fees and Academy Bookings to meet Brand and Benchmarking Standards    
• Responding to Pro Shop emails
• Gift Voucher Administration & Seasonal Support for the Spa

This role will be 25 hours a week.

Required Experience for Golf Reservationist:

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, articulate and confident communicator
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Be able to work under pressure
• Fluent level of written and spoken English
• Impeccable grooming
• Basic IT skills with experience of MS Office applications and a working knowledge of a PMS system is preferable
