Events Coordinator - Skipton

ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Events Coordinator you will be converting enquires, planning and delivering events for our corporate clients. From the initial enquiry to billing and managing the feedback, you will be responsible for ensuring you meet our high company standards. The 40 hours you will work a week will be dependent on when events take place and may include evenings and some weekend days.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Taking initial enquiry via email, phone and face to face
  • Creating bespoke proposals based on the client’s needs
  • Uploading all client information to our systems
  • Coordinating guests on the day alongside the operations team
  • Working with the heads of departments to ensure each aspect of the event is as efficient and well planned as can be
  • Achieving targets both financial and operational set by your manager
  • Log information/reasons regarding denials
  • Booking all aspects of the event internally with the correct departments
  • Assisting other departments when necessary i.e. reception on check out
  • Liaise with other staff and distribute weekly function plans
  • Invoicing clients within 24 hours of the event
  • Manage feedback from events
