Spa Reception Supervisor - The Coniston Hotel Country Estate and Spa

ROLE OVERVIEW

To carry out Duty Management shifts taking shift responsibility for the smooth running of the spa and to be responsible for the smooth running of the reception team on a day-to-day basis, displaying excellence in customer service levels and ensuring customer expectations are exceeded. To support our Guest Services Manager in all aspects of the Spa operation. To be fully conversant with all aspects of the operation and to efficiently drive all aspects of membership, fitness, spa treatments, leisure and F&B.

To efficiently manage Premier Spa Software ensuring staff, treatments, services, retail stock, prices, rooms, equipment and package information is up-dated and correct at all times

ESSENTIAL

• Experience of leadership and people management
• A passion for customer service excellence
• Results orientated
• Reception, reservations or similar background
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Good IT skills to include Microsoft Office packages
• Experience of using Premier Spa Software or similar

DESIRABLE

• Pool Plant, Lifeguard Fitness Instructor or Beauty Therapy Qualification
• Vision and strategic awareness
• Marketing and sales knowledge and responsibility
• Event management experience
