Description

  • We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Front of House Manager to join the team here at The Dorchester
  • The successful candidate will manage and direct the Front of House departments in order to exceed stakeholder expectations, enhance brand image and maximize profitability
  • A main responsibility will be to direct and provide strategic oversight of FOH area in the Rooms Division to achieve consistently high levels of service and the highest levels of guest and employee engagement

Profile

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar Front of House Manager role or Front Office Manager role
  • Excellent attention to detail and focus on guest engagement
  • Passion for working in a luxury hotel environment
